Terms and conditions

  1. The start time of a match on the site is the closing time of the prediction of the match. In case a match starts earlier than stated on our site, the actual start time counts as closing time of the predictions for this match. Predictions that are saved or adjusted afterwards will NOT be granted any points!
  2. When 2 or more members end up on the same position (because of an equal amount of points), the member with the highest rank in the individual ranking 'wins'. If this is also equal, or when this applies to the individual ranking itself, then the winner is determined by the match predictions: first the number of predictions with 20 points are counted and compared. The member with the highest number of those, wins. If still equal, 10 points predictions are counted and then predictions with 16, 14, 12, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 and 2 points. If this is all the same, then the winner is determined by a draw.
  3. Voetbalpoules.nl is allowed to disqualify a member at any time for any reason.
  4. A maximum of 1 registration per person is allowed, even if you have multiple email addresses. If you register multiple times anyway, then you can't claim any prize (if available).
  5. Members should be at least 18 years or older.
  6. Voetbalpoules.nl is allowed to stop the game partly or completely at any time.
  7. Voetbalpoules.nl is allowed to adjust the rules at any time.
  8. Registering on this site gives Voetbalpoules.nl the right to keep you informed by email in case of adjustments of the rules and for sending 'reminder' messages in case you forgot to enter predictions (can be changed in your profile).
  9. If one or more provisions of the rules are void or voidable, Voetbalpoules.nl will draw up a replacement rule with the intent to cover for everything stated in the invalidated rule as much as possible.
